Guided by Chinese language professor Gu Zheng, you are invited to a one-night-only, relaxing and interactive workshop exploring the tradition of Chinese ink painting!

Choose a bamboo plant to paint on a rice paper canvas, and enjoy a presentation on the history, techniques, and aesthetics of traditional Chinese ink painting with a focus on the culturally significant bamboo.
At the end of the workshop, you will walk away with not only your own plant and ink painting, but also a deeper understanding of this important tradition.
